You can book directly through the online booking calendar. Choose a service, select a time, make a secure payment, and you’ll receive confirmation via email and WhatsApp.
Yes. Sessions are available both online (video/voice) and in-person by prior appointment. You can choose whichever format feels most comfortable for you.
Most sessions are 50–60 minutes. Some processes, such as Past Life Regression, may take longer and will be scheduled accordingly.
The first session is about understanding your concerns, goals, and expectations. It’s also a chance for you to get comfortable, ask questions, and see if therapy feels like the right fit for you.
It depends on your needs. Some clients feel progress in a few sessions, while others choose ongoing support. After the first session, we’ll discuss what approach works best for you.
Yes. Confidentiality is at the heart of therapy. Everything you share stays private, except in cases where there may be a risk of harm to yourself or others, in line with ethical guidelines.
Life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee.

Yes. Both options are available. Packages may be more cost-effective if you’re planning longer-term therapy.
No. Mending Hearts does not provide emergency psychiatric or crisis intervention. If you are in immediate distress, please contact local emergency services or a 24-hour helpline.
Payments can be made securely online through cards, UPI, or other available gateways. You’ll also receive an invoice once your booking is confirmed.
